Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for The Locc Den
**Your Appointment Matters**
We value your business and strive to provide you with the best experience. In order to accommodate all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy.
**Cancellation Notice**
- Please notify us at least **24 hours** in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
**Cancellation Fee**
- If you fail to provide the required notice, a cancellation fee of **60%** of your appointment cost may be charged to your provided payment method.
- No-shows will be charged the full appointment amount.
**Rescheduling**
- You can reschedule your appointment without a fee if done more than 24 hours in advance.
- If you reschedule within 24 hours, the cancellation fee will apply.
**Exceptions**
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a legitimate reason for a last-minute cancellation, please contact us directly to discuss the situation.
**Confirmation**
- You will receive a reminder via [text/email] 48 hours before your appointment. Please respond to confirm or inform us of any changes.
